The Philippines represents a key growth market for us � not only because of its rapidly expanding trader base, but also due to the unique energy and enthusiasm of its people. Filipino traders are tech-savvy, eager to learn, and deeply engaged with the financial markets. At XS.com, we don’t view this market as a short-term opportunity. Instead, we’re committed to building long-term relationships grounded in trust, education, and innovation. Our goal is to nurture a vibrant trading community by offering tools, mentorship, and support tailored to local needs.

Education seems to be a cornerstone of XS.com’s strategy in the Philippines. Can you elaborate on your approach and the initiatives you’ve implemented to support trader development?

In a market as dynamic and fast-paced as this one, knowledge isn’t just helpful � it’s essential. That’s why we’ve embedded education into every layer of our local strategy.

One of our core initiatives is our weekly webinar series, which we launched in direct response to feedback from our partners and clients. These webinars provide accessible, high-quality learning experiences for Filipino traders, covering topics from technical analysis to risk management. More importantly, they’re interactive. We don’t just present information � we engage in two-way dialogue, listen to the community, and adapt based on their evolving needs.

In addition, we’ve established two digital, dedicated trading schools in the Philippines. What sets these apart is the level of mentorship and structure we provide. Our instructors � trained directly by the XS Philippines team � follow a curriculum rooted in real-world application and aligned with our core values.

Special credit goes to Dean Carlo, who has been instrumental in designing and leading this initiative. He’s not only built an educational program but helped shape a culture of leadership and support among our learners. Ultimately, our goal is to go beyond creating good traders. We want to build a generation of financially savvy, confident individuals who can uplift their communities. Education is the most sustainable way to make that happen.

How does XS.com build trust with its clients, particularly when it comes to regulatory compliance and security?

Everything at XS.com begins with a strong regulatory foundation. We take compliance seriously because we believe trust must be earned and continually reinforced.

Over the past year, we’ve secured multiple licenses from respected regulatory bodies � including the (LFSA) in Asia, the Financial Sector Conduct Authority () in Africa, ASIC in Australia, and CySEC in Europe. Each license reflects our dedication to operating at the highest standards and ensures that our clients receive the protection and transparency they deserve.

But our commitment doesn’t stop there. We view regulatory expansion as an ongoing journey, and we’re actively working on acquiring more licenses to further strengthen our global presence and client assurance.

Security clearly plays a central role. How else does XS.com ensure clients feel protected?

Security is absolutely a top priority for us. To provide additional peace of mind, we’ve introduced civil liability insurance coverage of up to $5 million, underwritten by Lloyd’s of London. This policy protects clients against potential risks like fraud, omissions, or negligence. It’s one more way we show that we stand behind our clients, reinforcing the secure and trustworthy environment we’re committed to maintaining.

Beyond insurance, we also invest heavily in state-of-the-art encryption technologies and continuous system monitoring. These added layers of protection help ensure that our clients� data and transactions remain safe at all times. We want every trader on our platform to know that their security and privacy are never compromised.

Traders are always seeking tools to enhance performance. How does XS.com support them with innovation?

One of our most exciting developments is XS AI Insights, powered by Hoc-Trade. This behavioral AI tool analyzes trading patterns and provides personalized feedback on timing, strategy, and risk management � helping traders understand their biases and make smarter, more informed decisions. It’s a game-changer because it enables traders to act on data rather than emotion.

We’ve also introduced Dynamic Leverage, a system that adjusts based on market conditions and trading volume. Unlike fixed leverage models, this allows for more strategic, real-time optimization. For example, traders can access leverage of up to 1:2000 on major forex pairs and gold, offering greater flexibility and potential.

Beyond these tools, we’re constantly enhancing execution speed, improving liquidity, and expanding our asset offerings. Our mission is to deliver a seamless and empowering trading experience for traders of all levels � from beginners to professionals.

You’ve also launched a VIP Program. Can you tell us more about its purpose and what it offers to high-level traders?

Absolutely. The XS VIP Program was created to reward loyalty with exclusivity, offering our most committed traders a tailored and elevated experience. It features a tiered membership structure � from 3 Stars up to 7 Stars � with each level providing increasingly premium benefits. These include access to priority customer support, dedicated relationship managers, exclusive educational content, and AI-powered trading insights. At the highest levels, members can enjoy luxury perks like annual trips, lifestyle experiences, and even personal access to our top executives. Qualification is based on lifetime deposits and quarterly trading volume, making it a program designed for those who are truly engaged in their trading journey. It’s one more way we’re building long-term relationships by recognizing and rewarding those who grow with us.

In parallel, we’ll continue rolling out technological upgrades that enhance speed, reliability, and user experience on our platform.
